I heard a rumor that Kim's mom does the scheduling for the school. I will give her (Kim) a call and see if she can talk to her mom about the 11th of Aug.

your sister went to school with Shelley the people that catered for them did a nice job, it was dutchoven. Is that who you was talking about getting?
That was the Lion's club. I am afraid they will be busy with their annual dinner. I was thinking of Muir's out of Fruitland.
Thanks to Kim, The school is reserved on Aug 11th for us. I will set the time a little later. Still figuring out the food
